I happened to be in Purcellville for the evening and this was recommended by a friend. We had a great time. The service was great, friendly staff and the food was excellent. We ordered the Korean chicken bites, the tuna bites and the shrimp appetizers. All 3 were delicious, definitely recommend. For entrees we ordered the poke bowl, Parmesan medallions and the seabass. We had to eat family style because everything was so good we ended up sharing the plates. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go again! Thank you for your hospitality, you guys made for a great evening for us.

I’ve been to The Local Cut several times now. Each was an amazing experience. The menu has a vast variety of items to please just about everyone. My sister and I had the scallop entree, salmon entree, Loudon burger and Korean chicken bites appetizer, all of them delicious and presented in a classy/upscale way. They have a great drink menu to chose from. I recommend the Mai Tai and Maddy’s Margarita which were both delicious. Service was too notch and the ambiance was perfect. Tonight they had a line out the door when the opened and they not only quickly seated everyone, but drinks and food were served to all in a timely manner. Quite the feat given they were packed as soon as they opened their doors. Can’t wait to go often to my new favorite restaurant and hangout.

Great way to start the weekend. Lunch at The Local Cut was fantastic! Cocktail’s are deliciously reasonably priced and the espresso martini was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Korean Chicken Bites have a great tangy kimchi kick to the sauce they’re tossed in and were very tender and juicy (unlike other overcooked/over fried options). The Pork Tostadas were nice and sweet and savory and the wonton was nice and crispy in order to hold the weight of the topping. They were also a perfect size to eat the entire thing in one bite (trust me, it’s doable and worth the flavor you get from enjoying it in one go). As far as entree’s go it’s not common to find a sea bass, let alone a good one in the area. This fish was perfectly flaky with a very well done mushroom risotto that was lucious and creamy with just the right texture: the rice was not overcooked nor undercooked. If you’re craving a good fish dish I highly recommend. And to top it all off we had the best red velvet cake I’ve ever had. It was extremely light and fluffy with the most delicious Ferrero Rocher mouse. Definitely a must when you’re in Purcellville. Hell, definitely a must even if you’re half an hour away. You will not be disappointed.

This place has had a positive buzz online with locals since opening, so we decided to give it a try. There's a good variety of options on the menu. Service was friendly, and we really enjoyed the food. We had the trash can nachos, and burgers. The nachos were absolutely great. Lots of cheese, lots of toppings. Burgers were also very good. Cooked perfectly to our requested temp. The only downside is that it's a small space, with limited seating for groups of 3 or more. If there's more than 2 of you planning to go, I'd advise calling ahead to check on the wait time.

We checked out The Local Cut and were not disappointed! The Watermelon Mojito was fresh and delicious. The Trash Can Nachos are better than Sully's, in my opinion. The Western Burger and fries were excellent, too, and the service was fantastic. My only criticism is that we ordered our burgers medium well, and they came out more on the medium rare side. Other than that, it was a great first experience, and we will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Stopped by The Local Cut in Purcellville for an early Saturday dinner after a day out and had a great experience! We were seated right away. I had Tony’s Bolognese but the real star was the double Smash Burger that my husband got—so good I’ll be ordering it next time. Highly recommend!

Came for lunch the other day w/ family & I will have to say that I had the best burger I have ever had. It was cooked the way I liked it without being burnt on the outside that majority places do. The fries were good too. They gave us a warm welcome & the service was extraordinary. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome experience. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in, and everyone was really friendly. The customer service and service in general was excellent. The food was really good. I would definitely go back and recommend to anybody .There is something for everyone with the menu options. Appetizers We got the sampler platter the pot stickers the dumplings the mozzarella sticks and the spinach and artichoke dip everything was so flavorful. The mozzarella sticks had a crazy cheese pull the shrimp on the sample platter were actually tender it was amazing. Entrees The Tipsy ribeye the ramen the street tacos the salmon Oscar and the helicopter roundabout . The 3 preteen girls ordered the Ramen, 2 had shrimp, one had steak. They really liked it and I tasted it the flavor was amazing. My husband and son got the Tipsy Rib eye was honestly cooked to Perfection no complaints at all about that the flavor was really good. The only thing that did not hit all of the notes was the same an Oscar I feel like it was pretty tasteless. It looks really good when it came to the table but in comparison to the flavors on everything else that we had had and I tasted I definitely will not be ordering that again it was so Bland.

I was truly impressed. I love trying new restaurants and have been to many; therefore, I know good food when I taste it. The menu had lots of options but wasn’t overwhelming. The staff is a younger crew but everyone was super friendly and professional. We were greeted and seated quickly. The vibe is kind of like a beach town restaurant and nothing fancy but very cozy, clean and comfortable. I was really impressed with the unique flavors and quality of food. I enjoyed it and will be back for sure.
